ONAF tasters will guide guests through the tasting, offering insights into how to appreciate the characteristics of the cheeses and how they pair with the olive oil.<\/p>\n<p>To accompany <strong>the meal, Villa Cavalletti\u2019s OLIO ET AMO extra virgin olive oils,<\/strong> which create a harmonious interplay of intensity, aromas, and balance. An opportunity to explore how two traditional products can complement each other and add new nuances to every bite.<\/p>\n<p>The tasting will be accompanied by <strong>a themed menu created by Chef Claudio Cotini of Agriturismo Villa Cavalletti<\/strong>, designed to showcase the pairing of pecorino cheese and extra virgin olive oil through culinary creations.
