The tour took them through the places where the estate\u2019s wines and extra-virgin olive oil are produced\u2014products that are featured in the tastings and reflect the estate\u2019s agricultural identity. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The protagonists also worked alongside the young chefs from the Maffeo Pantaleoni Hotel Management School. Together with Professor Nunziata, they reinterpreted several traditional local dishes, combining education, cooking, and local produce. Traditional music from the Castelli Romani and the newly restored historic Villa Cavalletti rounded out the experience.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Donnavventura presented Villa Cavalletti as part of an initiative dedicated to environmental sustainability, agriculture, and the promotion of local culture: a place to experience through its landscape, hospitality, and the estate\u2019s activities.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Monumental Park also served as the setting for<strong>\u201cIo, plastica<\/strong>,<strong>\u201d<\/strong>an environmental short film produced by Walk of Frame and directed by Gualtiero Serafini. The project, supported by the Lazio Region, was created to promote environmental conservation and raise environmental awareness. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Published on RaiPlay, the short film was selected for Rai\u2019s Tulipani di Seta Nera International Film Festival from among sixty-six works chosen out of four hundred submissions. Villa Cavalletti thus became the setting for a message dedicated to environmental responsibility. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The estate was also featured in \u201cAmbassador,\u201d a program broadcast by <strong>ALMA TV<\/strong> and sponsored by the Lazio Region\u2019s Department of Tourism.
