On Friday, <strong>July 24<\/strong>, in the picturesque setting of <strong>La Terrazza<\/strong>, guests will be treated to a culinary journey created by Chef Claudio Cotini, featuring a seafood-based menu designed to highlight the characteristics of the new wine.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>From smoked dishes to citrus-infused creations, from gnocchetti with mazzancolle and saffron to sliced tuna in a pistachio crust, each course will be enhanced by our organic extra virgin olive oil, <strong>Olio et Amo<\/strong>, and paired with <strong>Affresco<\/strong>, an authentic expression of the Castelli Romani region.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>An opportunity to enjoy a culinary experience, learn about Villa Cavalletti\u2019s new wine project, and spend a summer evening surrounded by beautiful views, delicious flavors, and good company.
