Villa Cavalletti is a historic estate in the Castelli Romani, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, just outside Rome. It is a place of beauty, tradition and hospitality. We produce wine and extra virgin olive oil and welcome guests to our agriturismo, where they can experience authentic rural life.

The Terrace of Villa Cavalletti is a place designed to interpret traditional agritourism in a contemporary way. A workshop of experiences for the enhancement of cultural, agricultural and social biodiversity related to Italian Cuisine in the year of its recognition as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

A new chapter for the cultural and agricultural heritage of the Castelli Romani, an integral and cross-media recovery of the Tierre Farm by Dario Biello founder of Studio Expositore Architettura, the Museo dell’Olio is born in the historic Villa Cavalletti Estate, a place dedicated to the memory and research of the territory and its fruits.
