This result recognizes the work of our organic farm and our efforts to restore and promote the estate’s winemaking tradition, which has been intertwined with the agricultural landscape of the Castelli Romani for centuries.
Roma DOC Rosso Riserva is a wine that celebrates Rome and tells the story of its region: the Castelli Romani. It is produced in the historic vineyard of Villa Cavalletti, which has been restored since 2014 and is cultivated using organic methods with grape varieties tied to the winemaking tradition of Lazio.
Here, the characteristics of the volcanic soils of the Colli Albani, combined with the aspect, the sea breeze, and the unique microclimate of the hills, help create the ideal conditions for wines that are full-bodied, elegant, and well-balanced.
