The Villa Cavalletti Terrace is a space dedicated to local culture and Italian cuisine, which has been recognized by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Overlooking one of the most picturesque views in the Castelli Romani, it offers a vista that stretches from the historic villa across the rolling hills all the way to Rome, creating a unique atmosphere at every hour of the day. Designed as a contemporary agritourism property in harmony with nature, it offers seasonal cuisine inspired by local traditions.
At the heart of our offering are the products from our organic farm: our certified wines, extra virgin olive oil, and flours made from ancient grains grown on our farm. Breakfasts, lunches, tastings, and food-and-wine experiences are complemented by the ability to host meetings, corporate events, receptions, and private gatherings. An authentic place where landscape, agriculture, hospitality, and culture come together, turning every experience into a memorable moment.

Lunch is the essence of our organic farm; our agritourism property offers a menu that highlights the seasonality of our ingredients, combined with the flavors of the dishes prepared by our chef.
YOUR EVENT
The rooftop terrace is an ideal place to host private and corporate events. It can be configured for seated or buffet service, catered or self-service. The equipped hall is complemented by space for temporary events reaching a total area of over 1000sqm.

Olio et Amo is our collection of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil born from our centuries-old Slow Food Presidium Olive Trees.

From our organic Plato wheat field, a selection of bronze-drawn pastas made with stone-ground flour.

The terrace, thanks to its privileged position, stands out in the sky opening the view to 180 degrees. An experience that allows you to capture at a glance a postcard that from the Historic Villa extends over the hills of the Castelli Romani to open onto the city of Rome.
