Villa Cavalletti stars with Italian Sommelier Foundation – Bibenda tasting event Rome Cavalieri
Villa Cavalletti will be the protagonist of an appointment dedicated to the story of the territory at the Rome Cavalieri A Waldorf Astoria Hotel, as part of Bibenda activities. A moment of tasting and discussion in which wine becomes a cultural language, capable of expressing identity, landscape and research.
The focus of the presentation was VILLA GRAZIOLI – AFFRESCO, Lazio Bianco IGT, a wine born from the historic vineyard of Villa Cavalletti, where Viognier – a noble grape variety of ancient introduction – was rediscovered and reinterpreted through two years of study. The result is an elegant, layered white that translates the refinement of Villa Grazioli’s frescoes into sensory form.
A dialogue between art and nature, also made explicit in the label, which takes up the Bacchus of the Pannini Gallery: a symbolic image in which painting becomes an enological tale. A project that combines memory and contemporaneity, restoring in the glass a cultural experience before even tasting.
