Olio et Amo at Festivals and Events Dedicated to Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2024–2025

Between 2024 and 2025, Olio et Amo Villa Cavalletti participated in several events dedicated to the culture of extra virgin olive oil, showcasing the agricultural identity of the Castelli Romani at events aimed at the general public, enthusiasts, and industry professionals.

The timeline documented in the historical archive begins on November 10, 2024, with the Unto EVO Fest, held in Rome at Tenuta Rossignoli. The event was dedicated to the intersection of olive oil tradition and innovation, offering visitors the opportunity to learn about and taste various types of high-quality extra virgin olive oil.

During the event, there were in-depth presentations on the history, characteristics, and interesting facts related to extra virgin olive oil, along with master classes and guided workshops. Olio et Amo’s participation provided an opportunity to highlight Villa Cavalletti’s organic production and the connection between the product, the centuries-old olive groves, and the Grottaferrata region.

In 2025, Villa Cavalletti’s “Green Gold” took center stage at two major national events. From February 27 to March 1, Olio et Amo participated in the Olio Officina Festival 2025, held in Genoa at the Magazzini del Cotone Convention Center.

The festival provided Villa Cavalletti with a new opportunity to showcase its organic extra virgin olive oil outside the Castelli Romani region, as part of an event entirely dedicated to the world of olive oil.

Immediately after Genoa, from March 2 to 5, 2025, Villa Cavalletti was in Verona for the return of SOL Expo, the event dedicated to the olive industry held prior to Vinitaly. The event brought together industry players through an exhibition space dedicated to the finest oils. Villa Cavalletti participated in Pavilion 2, showcasing its organic products and sharing the story of its farm.

By participating in Unto EVO Fest, Olio Officina Festival, and SOL Expo, Villa Cavalletti was able to showcase Olio et Amo in different settings, all united by a shared commitment to promoting high-quality extra virgin olive oil. Tastings, gatherings, and educational sessions have become tools for telling the story not only of the product itself, but also of agricultural work, the preservation of centuries-old olive trees, and the history of the volcanic landscape where it is produced.

Through these events, Olio et Amo reaffirms its role as an ambassador for Villa Cavalletti’s organic olive production and the agricultural heritage of the Castelli Romani.
