A special evening to celebrate the launch of Affresco – Lazio Bianco IGT, the first white wine from Tenuta Villa Cavalletti. On Friday, July 24, in the picturesque setting of La Terrazza, guests will be treated to a culinary journey created by Chef Claudio Cotini, featuring a seafood-based menu designed to highlight the characteristics of the new wine.
From smoked dishes to citrus-infused creations, from gnocchetti with mazzancolle and saffron to sliced tuna in a pistachio crust, each course will be enhanced by our organic extra virgin olive oil, Olio et Amo, and paired with Affresco, an authentic expression of the Castelli Romani region.
An opportunity to enjoy a culinary experience, learn about Villa Cavalletti’s new wine project, and spend a summer evening surrounded by beautiful views, delicious flavors, and good company. Reservations are required.
