On Friday, July 31, La Terrazza at Villa Cavalletti will host a special evening dedicated to Roman culture. The star of the show will be the Roma DOC Rosso Villa Cavalletti, paired with a menu inspired by the most authentic Roman traditions, created by Chef Claudio Cotini using ingredients from our farm.

From crostini with mozzarella and anchovies to Roman-style tripe, from mezze maniche all’amatriciana to saltimbocca, right through to Meraco wine-flavored ciambelline paired with our Brut sparkling wine, each course will showcase the flavors and culinary culture of Lazio.

To accompany the dinner, live music by the duo Roma Nostra will take you on a journey through melodies, conviviality, and the Roman atmosphere, all set against the estate’s picturesque summer backdrop. An event designed to offer an authentic experience, where good food, wine, and tradition come together for an evening to share. Reservations are required.
