Olive Oil Tasting Event with Dinner: €60 per person | Reservations required
To mark Villa Cavalletti’s new 2026/2027 “Olio et Amo” olive oil campaign, La Terrazza will host a tasting dinner to showcase the new oil, produced from the harvest taking place these days. An event to celebrate the start of the season and discover, through a tasting, the results of the work done in our olive grove.
At the heart of the story is the estate’s monumental olive grove, part of the Slow Food Presidium of Centennial Olive Trees: a heritage of historic trees that preserves the connection between the landscape, agricultural culture, and production. The care given to these olive trees reflects the identity of Villa Cavalletti and the value of a continuity that is renewed with every harvest.
The dinner will offer an opportunity to experience the new extra virgin olive oil at the table, exploring its aromas and character through the pairings on the tasting menu. A convivial experience in which the product will be accompanied by stories about the region and the new campaign.
During the evening, the new visual identity of the Villa Cavalletti Organic Farm and the new labels from the Olio et Amo collection will also be unveiled. A visual refresh that marks the season and brings to life the story of the estate, its locations, and its products.
