Discovering our contemporary farm-laboratory
We look forward to seeing you on March 19 for the Inauguration of LA TERRAZZA, our contemporary farmhouse designed as a laboratory of experience for the enhancement of cultural, agricultural and social biodiversity related to Italian Cuisine in the year of its recognition as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The presentation will be attended by Barbara Nappini, President Slow Food Italy (on the protection of biodiversity, Slow Food Presidia and the social role of food), Alessandro Circiello, President Federazione Italiana Cuochi – Lazio section (on professional cooking and the transmission of gastronomic culture), Stefano Corbari, Federazione Italiana Associazioni Imprese Viaggi e Turismo – Lazio (on the link between tourism, gastronomic culture and the enhancement of the territory).
Journalist Ornella D’Alessio will moderate.
