WINE ROUTE.
Tasting wine between the pages of literature
Edited by Samuela Di Schiavi
The itinerary proposes a walk in the splendid Villa Cavalletti to discover the wine-literature binomial and the many traces present in Italian literature, but also in the writings of foreign authors and authors who stayed in the territory of the Castelli Romani, savoring the delights that this land was able to give them. Through two different visions of the Sagra dell’Uva, the description of the wines of the Castelli and the osterie, as well as the different vineyards present in Italian literature, the itinerary will offer participants a “tasting” of the wines between the pages of literature.
We would like to remind you that our Panorama Terrace awaits you from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with cafeteria services, breakfasts, tastings and aperitifs.
