Villa Cavalletti is participating in Vinòforum 2026 thanks to the EVOOschool Foundation, as part of the “7 Nights in the Sign of EVO Oil” initiative .
In the picturesque setting of Piazza di Siena, in Villa Borghese, the public will have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of extra virgin olive oil through tastings, master classes, and meetings with producers. Among the featured oils at the event, visitors will have the opportunity to learn about and taste “Olio et Amo – Selezione Oro,” which reflects the character of Villa Cavalletti’s historic olive grove and the Castelli Romani region.
A product born from the care we take in tending the olive trees on our farm, embodying a legacy of biodiversity, tradition, and a commitment to quality. We would like to thank the EVOOschool Foundation for involving Villa Cavalletti in this important initiative dedicated to knowledge, culture, and the promotion of Italian extra virgin olive oil.
