It shows a delicate powdery pink color; the nose is crisp and expresses a gentle bouquet of white flowers, small red fruits, peach and apricot. The taste is savory, acidic and fresh, perfectly balanced, with a long, slightly citrusy finish. The perlage is fine, silky and persistent.
Villa Cavalletti Brut sparkling wine is the product of a careful choice of harvest, the grapes are harvested early and carefully vinified through the Charmat method, a prolonged, yeast contact for at least six months gives the sparkling wine a characteristic organoleptic note of “bread crust.” The perlage is fine and delicate, the bouquet floral and fragrant.
