A thematic luncheon entirely dedicated to the world of cheeses, led by tasters from ONAF – National Organization of Cheese Tasters – including knowledgeable tastings, tales of the territory and pairings designed to enhance every aromatic nuance.
Dairy identity is the protagonist, with a tasting of typical cheeses from Trentino-Alto Adige or Val Taleggio: a journey through territories, traditions and production techniques that tell different stories but are united by the same milk culture.
On the panoramic terrace of Villa Cavalletti, looking out over Rome and the landscapes of the Castelli Romani, a convivial and immersive experience takes shape, where taste is intertwined with knowledge. Cheeses become the common thread of a journey through seasoning, textures and scents.
Everything is enhanced by the accompaniment with Villa Cavalletti products and wines, a direct expression of the estate and the territory: pairings designed to enhance each tasting and make the experience even more complete and authentic.
An appointment to live slowly, among nature, storytelling and the pleasure of the table, to rediscover the value of conviviality in a unique setting.
The Villa Cavalletti Oil Museum will be open for the occasion with two dedicated tours at 11:00 am and 3:00 pm.
