A tasting lunch dedicated to fossa cheeses, true excellences of the Italian dairy tradition, led by ONAF tasters – Organizzazione Nazionale Assaggiatori di Formaggio. An intense sensory experience, among decisive aromas, unique textures and deep flavors that tell of ancient techniques and authentic territories.
On Villa Cavalletti’s panoramic terrace, overlooking Rome, tastings become a journey through time and matter, accompanied by seasonal products and the pairing with Villa Cavalletti wines, selected to enhance every nuance of the cheeses and complete the experience in a harmonious way.
“Treasures in the Pit” is an appointment for those who love to discover authentic flavors and experience cheese as culture, between storytelling, conviviality and landscape.
The Villa Cavalletti Oil Museum will be open for the occasion with two dedicated tours at 11:00 am and 3:00 pm.
