Produced with organic wheat grown directly by the Villa Cavalletti Farm, this pasta is stone ground to preserve the authenticity of the wheat’s minerals and aromas. Bronze drawing gives a porous texture and slow drying, at a maximum of 42°C for 15-35 hours, ensures a superior quality pasta that is digestible and fragrant.
