The Oil Mill of the ancient Villino Rosso is now the Oil Museum, the place dedicated to the dissemination and research of the olive culture of the Castelli Romani, the space where to recognize the traditions and quality of our territory. An exhibit dedicated to agricultural and industrial archaeology, from the fruits of the earth to the finished product.

In conjunction you also live La TERRAZZA, our contemporary farmhouse designed as a laboratory of experience for the enhancement of cultural, agricultural and social biodiversity related to Italian Cuisine in the year of its recognition as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
