“Eppur fila…” is the lunch tasting signed ONAF – Organizzazione Nazionale Assaggiatori formaggiatori (National Organization of Cheese Tasters) – on the panoramic terrace of Villa Cavalletti: a thematic experience by reservation where taste, landscape and culture meet. A path dedicated to cheeses, guided by expert tasters, among quality selections, tales of territory and pairings designed to enhance every nuance.
The heart of the event is the pasta spinning and cheese making workshop, an engaging and interactive moment designed also for families and children: an opportunity to see up close how cheese is made and experience firsthand ancient gestures passed down through the ages.
Between nature, views of Rome and conviviality, “Eppur fila…” becomes an authentic experience, capable of combining didactics and pleasure, tradition and discovery, in a unique context where every detail tells of the culture of good living.
The Villa Cavalletti Oil Museum will be open for the occasion with two dedicated tours at 11:00 am and 3:00 pm.
